To support this commitment, we have established a Whistleblowing Hotline—a secure and confidential platform for employees, business partners, and stakeholders to report any suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of company policies and applicable laws.

What Can Be Reported?

The Whistleblowing Hotline can be used to report concerns including, but not limited to:

Fraud, bribery, or corruption

Human rights abuses (e.g., forced or child labor)

Confidentiality & Protection Against Retaliation
All reports submitted through the Whistleblowing Hotline are handled with the strictest confidentiality. Aleks Metal Rafineri A.Ş. encourages individuals to speak up and guarantees that no retaliation will be taken against those who report concerns in good faith.
Reports are reviewed daily by the Compliance Coordinator and are submitted to the Group Ethics Committee. Upon assessment, the Ethics Committee may either direct the issue to the relevant company department for further examination or assign a dedicated investigation committee when necessary.
